SCOPE at Taste of St. Louis

We were invited by SCOPE National to come out to a live event they organized and ran at Taste of Saint Louis.  SCOPE’s goal is to translate the message of the importance of STEAM to society.  They accomplish this goal by curating STEM resources as well as organizing and executing in-person events.

At Taste of Saint Louis, there were quite a few organizations participating in a coordinated STEAM outreach effort. They ranged from representatives at large Universities to new startups. The uniting factor was a passion for STEM outreach for both kids and adults. we had the opportunity to speak a few presenters and participants about their experiences at the event and more.

STEAM Outreach Presenters:

Rippl3d: We spoke with Rippl3d’s Bill Macy about his vision for Rippl3d, the importance of science outreach, and how they are serving the world through their program and business by helping kids find their path to STEM.
